PRODUCT WARRANTY & PRINTER PROTECTION GUARANTEE

We offer a one year warranty on our compatible toner cartridges. We warrant our products are suitable for use in the intended models of printers and are free from defects which could cause damage to these printers.

Should it be shown that a printer is damaged due to the use of the product, we will pay reasonable and customary charges for the repair of the printer, or provide an equivalent new or refurbished printer.

The warranty does not cover damage to the product or a printer caused by accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, human error, unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification or normal wear and tear. We will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
